Ready to do work that actually excites you?We're looking for a highly organised operations specialist to manage our recruitment systems and provide executive support to the two directors. This is not a recruiter role - you'll keep the business running smoothly through systems, compliance, payroll support, and admin.

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • JobAdder (Recruitment CRM): update candidate, client, and job records; ensure compliance; generate reports.
  • Astute Payroll: process timesheets, invoices, and contractor onboarding.
  • Recruitment Admin: post ads, format resumes, manage SEEK & LinkedIn Recruiter subscriptions.
  • Executive Support: manage diaries, prioritise tasks, prepare documents, and keep directors on track.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • Strong experience with JobAdder (recruitment database/CRM).
  • Ideally have experience with Astute Payroll but not necessary.
  • 3 to 5+ years in recruitment operations, payroll, or high-level administration.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in AU Eastern Time.
