Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement comprehensive quality control processes for clinical research projects.
- Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance.
- Review and improve documentation systems to meet quality standards.
- Provide strategic oversight of QA processes across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards.
- Develop and maintain QA tracking systems.
- Create and execute quality improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with a dynamic team, leveraging your expertise to ensure excellence in endpoint solutions while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of QA experience in the life sciences industry.
- Proven background in pharmaceutical or clinical research organizations.
- Strong experience in quality auditing and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and initiate projects.
- Experience with clinical research or pharmaceutical companies.
- Track record of implementing QA systems.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
