As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our deliverables and operational processes. You will develop and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct internal audits to international standards, and ensure that client feedback mechanisms are maintained with integrity.
