Email Marketing Quality Assurance Lead

As a senior specialist, you will be responsible for the precision, compliance, and operational excellence of lifecycle marketing efforts. The role involves managing workflow queues, conducting campaign QA, and partnering with stakeholders on compliance, audit, and documentation processes.

This is a remote role that requires availability during U.S. EST hours. You will have opportunities to scale CRM campaigns with accuracy and performance.

  • Work Set-up: Permanent Work From Home

About the Role
  • You will manage task assignments across multiple team members, ensuring on-time delivery and proper prioritization.
  • You will perform quality assurance reviews of CRM campaign assets, HTML templates, and audience definitions.
  • You will maintain and reinforce quality playbooks, compliance runbooks, and documentation standards.
  • You will lead weekly reporting on quality metrics, backlog activity, and work queue health.
  • You will support recurring audits (e.g., opt-out compliance, pixel/tag verification).
Requirements
  • You should have at least 3 years of experience in CRM operations, email QA, or campaign compliance roles.
  • You should have proven ability to coordinate task assignments across a team.
  • You should have intermediate to advanced experience with CRM/marketing technology tools (e.g. Braze, SFMC, Hightouch, Google/Adobe Analytics).
  • You should have experience maintaining quality documentation, compliance protocols, and campaign opt-out/pixel/tag governance.
  • You should be proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and JIRA or equivalent task tools.
