Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Specialist who will help us bring our platforms to the next level while continuously improving and enhancing the experiences of our candidates and customers.


Job Summary

Our ideal candidate will work alongside the Language & Localisation Manager to guarantee the high-quality, efficient, and effective translation of FA platforms globally.


  • Manage localization projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, to ensure timely completion.
  • Create and manage global multilingual content strategies to facilitate the delivery of high-quality translations for First Advantage platforms.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to various stakeholders to help them understand the translation workflows and how they can effectively utilize the existing translation tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development Teams, and Quality Assurance to produce high-quality products and guarantee accessibility in all certified languages.
  • Oversee Translation/Language requests in the GAPS queue and work with different cross-functional teams to put these tickets to closure.
  • Maintain all language-related pages to ensure information is updated.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of translation.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving translation processes.
  • Work with external vendors and freelancers and assist in maintaining good relationships with these partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Able to work in varying schedules depending on the business need.
  • Fluency in one language other than English is an advantage.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferably with experience in working in different countries/cultures.
  • With experience working with third-party vendors.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Quick understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
