Job Description:
">We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist who can also take on support and project management responsibilities. This role will ensure our digital projects meet the highest quality standards, while also acting as a bridge between clients and the development team.
Responsibilities include reviewing and testing completed work to identify defects, inconsistencies, or usability issues; logging and tracking bugs in Trello; and ensuring issues are addressed before delivery to the client.
Requirements:">- 5+ years' experience in manual QA, ideally within a digital agency or software development environment.
- Strong familiarity with Trello, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
- High attention to detail with the ability to think beyond the immediate task.
