Operational Excellence Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Operational Excellence Expert. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence through data analysis, visualization, and problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards using advanced data visualization tools to provide actionable insights.

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets.

  • Address ambiguous operational challenges by designing and implementing effective solutions.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand challenges, and drive collaborative solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and SQL.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams across functions.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and operate with minimal supervision.
