We're seeking a skilled Sales Operations Team Lead to join our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves sales strategy and making teams run efficiently.
This role involves leading a small but talented Sales Ops team, streamlining systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Sales Ops / RevOps / BizOps, be an Excel/Sheets power user, and have expertise in CRM systems. Strong analytical skills, particularly in SQL, are a plus.
Your Role: Sales Operations Team Lead- Lead and mentor the Sales Ops team; set KPIs and operational cadence
- Own the CRM (data hygiene, automations, lead routing, reporting)
- Build dashboards and track key metrics
- Standardize sales processes: lead qualification, handoffs, pricing workflows
- Run quarterly planning: territory, quotas, capacity
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Ops / RevOps / BizOps
- Excel/Sheets power user; CRM systems expert
- Strong analytics skills; SQL expertise a plus
- Clear communicator, confident presenting to leadership
- Process-oriented and proactive in adoption
