Job Description

The Sales Excellence Manager role is pivotal in driving commercial strategies and process adoption to improve the day-to-day execution of sales teams. This position will partner with the sales team to support management and execution cadence, providing a deeper level of support across standard, global, repeatable processes.

As a key member of the Commercial Excellence department, the Sales Excellence Manager will work closely with cross-functional partners to drive insights and actions for the sales team. This includes process ownership of monthly review cadences, interpreting and analyzing data, tracking major commercial initiatives, and communicating needs to cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with sales teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Providing analytical support to inform business decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or commercial excellence
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and drive change
