About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and contributing to revenue generation through strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the Real Estate market dynamics, trends, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Planning and Development:
    • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets;
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities;
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Market Research, Lead Generation, and Prospecting:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors;
    • Leverage marketing and event activities to engage target prospects;
    • Pursue new leads and partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
    • Develop and build strong relationships with existing clients and prospects;
    • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points;
    • Position Silverlush Realty Inc.'s Real Estate solutions effectively.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
    • Pursue new leads and partnerships to drive business growth;
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • E-commerce:
    • Develop and execute online sales strategies across social media platforms;
    • Create and manage compelling content that resonates with the target audience;
    • Monitor performance metrics of online campaigns.
  • Networking and Industry Events:
    • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events;
    • Represent Silverlush Realty Inc. and promote its products and services.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business goals;
    • Provide regular feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Team and People Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment;
    • Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews;
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of support staff.
    Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role;
  • Strong understanding of Real Estate market dynamics, trends, products, and services;
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, business development, or account management.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
