Regional Business Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Lead to join our team at Newcore Industries International Incorporated.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and successfully execute major projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing key personal accounts to meet or exceed personal sales targets;
- Partnering with the technical team to ensure projects are profitable and meet or exceed target margins;
- Overseeing and supporting the sales team's progress on ongoing projects, bids, and other sales activities.
Our ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Newcore Industries International Incorporated. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing;
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a senior leadership role;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members;
