Job Description:

The Social Media Team Leader will play a key role in managing and executing brand sponsorships involving sports leagues, athlete endorsers, and ambassador partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sponsorship Execution: Oversee the implementation and execution of brand sponsorships with professional sports leagues (e.g. basketball, volleyball, esports).
  • Brand Liaison: Coordinate league branding requirements such as LED placements, logo exposure, digital content integration, and on-site activations.
  • Communication and Compliance: Act as the main liaison with league organizers, ensuring timely communication, compliance with sponsorship terms, and seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Talent Management: Manage relationships with brand endorsers, athletes, and celebrity ambassadors from onboarding to campaign rollout.
  • Event Planning: Schedule shoots, interviews, appearances, and brand events in coordination with talent managers and PR teams.
  • Deliverable Monitoring: Monitor deliverables such as social media posts, promotional content, usage rights, and exclusivity clauses.
