  1. Responsible for planning, executing, and promoting online activities on the sports LIVE platform, including event LIVE activities, user interaction activities, promotional activities, etc.
  2. Combining sports event nodes, design and promote LIVE topics and interactive gameplay to improve user engagement rate and Retention Rate.
  3. Coordinate XFN resources such as products, content, market, and technology to ensure the smooth progress of activities.
  4. Responsible for developing activity plans, streamlining processes, budget management, and risk control.
  5. Monitor the effectiveness of activities, analyze user behavior data, and continuously optimize activity strategies and user operation methods.
  6. Maintain and expand the resources of sports LIVE creators, sponsors, and partners, and promote win-win situations for all parties.
  7. Organize fan community construction and maintenance to enhance user stickiness and brand loyalty.

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, sports management, media or related fields is preferred.
  2. More than 2 years of experience in operating activities on internet platforms or LIVE platforms, experience in sports LIVE or related fields is preferred, overseas experience is preferred, and sports fans are preferred.
  3. Familiar with LIVE platform operation and user behavior, with the ability to plan and execute activities.
  4. Possess good project management skills, communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit.
  5. Proficient in using Data Analysis tools and possessing the ability to operate with data drive.
