Job OverviewWe are looking for a visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy, grow our player base, and define our brand presence in a competitive, regulated industry. As CMO, you will own our entire customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand marketing ecosystem — driving measurable performance while building long-term brand equity. The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented, data-driven marketer with deep experience in digital campaigns, user lifecycle, brand storytelling, and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.

Experience in iGaming, sports, entertainment, or fintech is a strong advantage. Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Player Acquisition- Develop and own the company's multi-channel marketing strategy across digital, influencer, offline, and strategic partnerships- Lead performance marketing across paid media, SEO, affiliates, CRM, and app/store acquisition- Define and optimize the full marketing funnel (awareness → conversion → retention) across web and app

Brand & Creative Direction- Own the brand strategy and voice of the company across markets- Oversee creation of world-class content, campaigns, and communication- Ensure consistency and innovation in messaging across all platforms

Budget Ownership & Planning- Define, manage, and optimize the marketing budget to deliver ROI-positive campaigns- Forecast and track spend vs performance across all channels and market segments- Ensure efficient resource allocation across brand and growth initiatives- Collaborate with Finance to align budget planning with company-wide revenue and profit targets

Data-Driven Execution- Partner with BI and Product teams to measure LTV, CAC, ROI, churn, retention, and optimize continuously- Leverage market and player insights to tailor local campaigns and personalize experiences

Leadership & Org Development

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance marketing team (growth, brand, CRM, content, design)
  • Foster a culture of creativity, speed, and accountability
  • Report directly to the Head of Business Unit and align with cross-functional leaders (Product, Operations, Finance)Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of marketing experience, including senior leadership in a digital-first or app-based business
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and brand awareness in competitive markets
  • Strong grasp of data analytics, performance marketing, CRM, and growth marketing tools
  • Experience in budget ownership, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for marketing
  • Ability to balance short-term performance with long-term brand building
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking
  • Experience in iGaming and sports betting industry

Bonus Points- Familiar with both grey and regulated market or Philippines market- Experience building a brand from single market to regional/international scale-up- Strategic thinker with a passion for sports, data, or iGaming communities
