Event Operation Coordinator

What we want is not "Employees", but the behind-the-scenes director of street legends

Job requirements:

  1. Education: College degree or above, majoring in marketing, sports, management and others related majors.

  2. Number of people required: 4

  3. Location: BGC

  4. Working hours: 9:00am-6:00pm weekends off + regular holiday

  5. Salary: negotiable, rent allowance + food allowance

  6. Language requirement: Good spoken and written English skills.

  7. More than 1 year of relevant work experience in event operation and management, familiar with mainstream sports event operation regulations, experience in planning and management of major sports events is preferred.

  8. Proficient in using computer and Office work software.

  9. Excellent communication skills, love to express and sport, able to communicate and cheer up the players and audience and occasionally "heat up" the scene.

  10. Ability to control the scene and have judgment in case of emergencies.

Job responsibilities

  1. Maintain the order of the game and coordinate the entry time of the referee, the audience and the players.

  2. Assist the video director in completing the live content and controlling the rhythm (create emotional points, conflict points, excitation points).

  3. Data recording of before/during/after the competition, rating supervision and bonus distribution management

  4. Keep in touch with the local community: player recruitment, training notifications, and communication with cooperative venues.

  5. Have a sense of community: familiar with the court culture or college basketball festivals

Highlight:

Experience in event execution/Sports project organization background/TikTok content sensitivity /New Media operation experience.
