Do For UsManage bottler alignment on marketing strategies and plans with key partners. Implement regional market development projects.

Contribute to innovation projects and local marketing campaigns. Develop consumer and shopper engagement strategies. Lead local brand activation, including POS, promos, experiential marketing, and events.

Support customer and shopper marketing initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Build relationships with bottlers for alignment and buy-in. Negotiate and coordinate with stakeholders.

Identify localization needs for campaigns. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.10 years of marketing and leadership experience, including team management. Experience with marketing activation.

Business, commercial, and financial acumen. Experience working with Coca-Cola's external partners. International marketing experience preferred.
