This Technical Partnership Manager role at IBM offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between technology and business, driving growth and innovation for our clients. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering customized solutions that meet client needs, leveraging IBM's extensive portfolio of technologies
  • Collaborating with our sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Benchmarking client success and developing strategies to improve adoption and retention of IBM products

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, drive sales growth, and enhance client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong technical background, with experience working with one or more areas such as Cloud, Data and AI, Automation, Integration, or Security
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural inclination towards self-motivation and initiative
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and improvement
