As an Organizational Change Manager, you'll lead the charge in driving strategic initiatives and navigating complex business transformations.

Key responsibilities include developing transition plans, collaborating with regional transformation leads, and monitoring performance to ensure quality delivery. You'll also play a key role in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting the growth of organizational capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience leading change management, governance, project management, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of success driving change and project results despite fluctuating requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft products
