Senior Transformation Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Transformation Lead to spearhead impactful change initiatives across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will drive cross-functional projects that promote business growth, efficiency, and innovation.

  • About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. They will be able to guide teams through transitions, develop and execute project and change management plans, and monitor progress to ensure timely resolution of project dependencies and impediments.

  • Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive end-to-end change and transformation initiatives, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to define, structure, and implement strategic programs that align with organizational goals.

  • Develop and execute project and change management plans, including communication, training, coaching, sponsorship, and resistance management strategies.

  • Conduct change impact assessments, assess change readiness, and embed change management practices within strategic initiatives.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution of project dependencies and impediments.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation efforts, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Requirements

  • A strong background in project management, change management, and business process improvement.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work effectively at all organizational levels.

  • A solid grasp of how individuals experience and adapt to change, with the ability to guide teams through transitions.

  • Strategic thinking, with a forward-looking, holistic approach to transformation and problem-solving.

  • Proven ability to manage complexity, navigate ambiguity, and remain resilient under pressure.
