Key Role: Senior Process Improvement Manager

About the Job

We seek a highly skilled Senior Process Improvement Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for driving continuous process innovation and transformation through automation, client co-innovation, and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Design Thinking.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage Innovation initiatives across accounts, ensuring measurable benefits.
  2. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify, qualify, and implement automation and process improvements.
  3. Provide insights and assessments to improve processes, customer experience, and growth based on agreed metrics.
  4. Engage proactively with new accounts to promote automation and process enhancements from the outset.
  5. Lead discussions on Innovation initiatives during reviews, visits, and meetings.
  6. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate innovation efforts.
  7. Facilitate co-innovation sessions with clients and stakeholders.
  8. Research and evaluate new technologies; liaise with vendors and contribute to product iterations.
  9. Share best practices and collaborate with peers.
  10. Deliver training and awareness sessions on Innovation methodologies and technologies.
  11. Continuously update skills to stay relevant.
  12. Provide timely reports to leadership and clients.
Requirements
  • College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in Innovation, Transformation, or Process Improvement, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, Agile/Scrum are preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like RPA, macros, AI, and data analytics.
  • Strong project and change management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
