Position Summary:

The Business Transformation Supervisor will lead and manage business transformation initiatives with a specialized focus on designing and overseeing the implementation of
technology solutions that drive organizational change and innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies in a transformation-driven environment, project management, and business analysis.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Transformation team to
    understand and translate business transformation goals into
    technology requirements.
  • Design technology solutions that align with the organization's
    transformation objectives and broader business goals.
  • Develop technology roadmap to support business transformation
    efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring technology
    solutions support both current transformation initiatives and future
    scalability.
  • Define and implement technology policies, standards, and
    procedures in alignment with transformation strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring
    they meet requirements for scalability, security, and reliability
    during and after transformation phases.
  • Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations to
    enhance the organization's transformation journey.
  • Provide guidance to technical teams, supporting the development
    and implementation of transformation-driven technology
    solutions.
  • Effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical
    stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business transformation
    objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information
    Technology
  • 3-5 years of experience in s experience in solution architecture or
    a related field
  • Experience with software development and system integration
    Knowledge of cloud computing, service-oriented architecture, and
    microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or any ERP system
    Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy best
    practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work set up: Hybrid (report on-site if needed)
