Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing email correspondence, prioritizing messages, and responding on behalf of the team as needed.

The successful candidate will also schedule and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings with ease. Additionally, they will perform internet research, collect data, and prepare reports to support business decisions.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining and organizing digital files and records, ensuring seamless access to important information. The Administrative Support Specialist will also handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and form completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Familiarity with task/project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote working environment
