Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage candidate communication and internal communication with hiring managers
  • Perform video screening interviews following a script
  • Evaluate applicant tracking system integrity and create a positive candidate experience
  • Schedule candidates for interviews while managing calendars and communicating effectively
  • Track recruiting activities across the firm and provide feedback to stakeholders
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)
