Network Systems Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Systems Engineer to join our team. As a senior-level engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, server administration, and troubleshooting. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Administering and maintaining network systems, ensuring high levels of performance and security.
  • Troubleshooting complex network issues, collaborating with vendors as needed.
  • Managing network upgrades and refreshes, including hardware builds and software installations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Windows OS (Windows 8.1 to 11) and networking equipment.
  • Strong technical skills in server management, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for continuous learning and growth.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with smart switches, access points, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and routers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Server 2008+ and server OS management.
  • Knowledge of multiple network operating systems and protocols.
  • Cloud server management and deployment experience (Microsoft/Google/Amazon).
