We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing subscription management platforms for our business.

You will work closely with our business partners to gather requirements and understand their business processes related to subscription management, billing, and revenue recognition.

  • Support day-to-day coordination of operational activities.
  • Collaborate with our business partners to define data mapping and validation rules.
  • Design and configure applications to meet business requirements.
  • Heavy involvement in implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolution or workarounds.
  • Develop and train users on functionality and best practices.
  • Assist with data migration and integration efforts.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of applications.
