Job Title

A Tech Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and refining our tech stack.

You will be the systems owner, integrator, and optimization lead across all platforms powering the business.

  • Manage admin setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms:
    • CRM/ATS: Go High Level, Simera, MyOutDesk, Indeed
    • Recruiting Tools: LinkedIn, Gem Groups
  • Collaboration & File Management: Microsoft 365, Dropbox, LastPass
  • Operations & Payroll: Gusto, DocuSign, Monday.com
  • Build, manage, and optimize CRM workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards
  • Troubleshoot user issues and execute system updates or configuration changes
  • Support Recruiting with applicant tracking logic and hiring funnel setup
  • Use Zapier and native integrations to automate tasks and connect data across platforms
  • Document platform usage SOPs and train internal users on new features or tools
  • Manage permissioning, user setup, and tech hygiene for compliance
  • Research and recommend new tools as the business scales
Requirements

Experience in Tech Ops, Systems Admin, or CRM/ATS management is necessary. Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com is a plus.

Confidence in documenting workflows and training others on system use is required. A detail-oriented, tech-first mindset is essential for this role.
