Senior Engineering Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our NetSuite-based solutions. This role involves overseeing the development and strategic direction of our NetSuite-based engineering teams, managing multiple engineering teams, and driving technical excellence in NetSuite platform development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP system implementation and management, as well as experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices for enterprise systems. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required, along with 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development and 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers.

This is a senior-level leadership position that requires excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and business acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting technical direction for ERP product lines and platform integrations, translating business operational goals into engineering outcomes, and building strategic relationships with business operations, finance, and product leaders.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development
  • 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL), and relational database design with Oracle and MS SQL Server
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices for enterprise systems
