Learning Experience Developer

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Developer to collaborate with our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing project lifecycle stages from initiation to closure, analyzing client needs, and identifying learning objectives. They will create engaging e-Learning content using various tools, develop scenarios and dialogue scripts, and publish course materials on the Training Management System (TMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all project lifecycle stages from initiation to closure.
  • Analyze client needs, gather information, and identify learning objectives.
  • Create branded templates, design activities, and develop e-Learning content using various tools.
  • Develop scenarios, dialogue scripts, and gamification elements.
  • Publish course materials on the Training Management System (TMS).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a call center environment or similar.
  • Strong training needs analysis, process mapping, and visual display design skills.
  • Excellent written and communications skills.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including MS Office.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience.
