User Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Specialist to craft intuitive and visually stunning interfaces for our AI-driven platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into impactful designs.
  • Design and prototype web applications, ensuring alignment with product goals.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  • Conceptualize and create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance wherever possible.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends and best practices.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or related.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including user research and an understanding of design processes.
  • Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English as we work with remote international teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience using AI apps/tools to create or communicate ideas, wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
