Job Title

A Senior Learning Experience Designer with expertise in leveraging technology to create engaging and effective learning experiences is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to identify learning needs and ensure alignment around key priorities.
  • Develop and implement robust learning strategies that meet the organization's goals.
  • Conduct thorough learning needs analysis and determine required skills and competency levels for learners.
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the organization's objectives.
  • Evaluate content and review design documents to ensure they align with learning objectives.
  • Post-implementation, gather data to evaluate effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's model.
  • Manage projects by working closely with SMEs and project team members, communicating progress and risks.
  • Provide instructional design services to key functions including Implementations, Project Management, Client Services, Consultancy and product-specific training.
  • Analyze learning needs, conduct audience, context, content, and performance analyses, gather data with project members and other departments.
  • Determine training objectives and performance targets, identify best deployment methods, scoping/outlining training content.
  • Develop advanced instructional media including guided tool simulations, interactive lessons and assessments, motion graphics, and game-based courses.
  • Use graphics, video, and course authoring software to develop visually appealing instructional media; apply visual design principles.
Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials.
  • 5 or more years conducting learning needs analyses to identify situations addressable by training solutions.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices.
  • Drafting measurable training goals and learning objectives.
Technical Skills:
  • Technology literate; can easily work with new software (e.g., media development tools, office suite, and other web applications).
  • Understanding of functionalities of courseware authoring tools.
Performance Indicators:
  • Performance of learning programs deployed.
  • On-time delivery of projects managed.
