Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Customer Care team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer satisfaction and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter customer orders into our system, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Release customer orders on time to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our system
  • Meet and maintain reporting metrics
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong systems and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • High School diploma required
  • Professional written and verbal proficiency in English
    • Able to understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
    • Prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines and increase efficiency
    • Detailed-oriented
    • Work well under pressure, independently, and as a member of a team

About the Role:

This role reports directly to the Customer Care Supervisor and requires excellent organizational skills to manage customer interactions effectively.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate order entry, returns, and data into our system, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support.
