
HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Support Specialist. You will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources function by assisting with various administrative activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and strong organizational skills, excellent customer service orientation, and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Support: Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for all employees.
- HR Administration: Assist with employee lifecycle including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Documentation: Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
- Data Management: Manage employee data in Rippling, our HRIS, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Automation: Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Reporting: Report on people initiatives as required.
- Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
