Job Title:

HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Support Specialist. You will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources function by assisting with various administrative activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and strong organizational skills, excellent customer service orientation, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Support: Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for all employees.
  • HR Administration: Assist with employee lifecycle including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Documentation: Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Data Management: Manage employee data in Rippling, our HRIS, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Automation: Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Reporting: Report on people initiatives as required.

Requirements:
