Job Description:

The HR Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures, providing strategic guidance and support across all facets of the Human Resource function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing employee compensation and benefits programs
  • Overseeing human resources projects and HR information systems/databases
  • Collaborating with the Human Resource Manager to handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Psychology, Business, or related field)
  • At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in HR roles or similar positions
  • Understanding of HR principles and basic HR software functionality
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy in tasks such as data entry and documentation management
  • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, policies, and procedures
