Job Overview

This position involves providing functional support in various HR sub-functions, including benefits, payroll, and recruitment.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing end-to-end recruitment activities, such as phone screening, data entry into Taleo, interviewing candidates, administering assessments, conducting job offers, and handling background checks.
  • Additionally, they will coordinate with internal stakeholders to evaluate recruitment requirements and processes, participate in sourcing strategies like job fairs and offsite events, and provide logistics and administrative assistance for department-wide programs and events.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a college graduate with a strong academic background preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Prior professional experience is not required.

  • A good oral and written communication skillset for business correspondence is essential.
  • A customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a hybrid setup are also required.
  • Amenability to working in Alabang, Muntinlupa City is necessary.
