Be part of our HR Enablement & Support team, ensuring the stability and improvement of global HR processes like Onboarding, Recruitment, Time Off, and Employee Central. Manage and optimize leading HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. Drive operational excellence and deliver scalable HR solutions with worldwide impact.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems, mainly SuccessFactors and Hire-to-Retire processes.
  • Manage system changes end-to-end: impact analysis, configuration, testing (UAT/Release Management), and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Project & Process Managers to gather requirements and implement process or system enhancements.
  • Partner with SSC teams, HR Process Management, IT, and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure data alignment.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to permissions, workflows, and business rules.
  • Represent area of responsibility in global HR projects.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years' experience in HR Services/HRIT with focus on Employee Central, Onboarding, and SuccessFactors Core (permissions, workflows, business rules).
  • Strong project management skills with exposure to international work environments.
  • Fluent in English, with ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • High cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Basic knowledge of compliance and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, data retention, labor laws).
  • Willing to work on a flexible/rotational schedule (24/5 global support model).
