Account Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our service delivery team and drive exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a clear vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and client needs
  • Provide directional leadership to the team, leveraging expertise within the organization to achieve outstanding results
  • Proactively engage with clients to solicit feedback and build trust
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring their respect and confidence
  • Build and manage high-performing teams, driving talent development and career growth
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, rotation, and promotion
  • Provide coaching and guidance to elevate performance and ensure continuity of vendor partners' operations
  • Identify and implement leading practices and innovations developed on the account to benefit the organization
  • Achieve Service Level Agreement Targets by managing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact
  • Oversee service delivery teams across multiple facilities, developing and implementing strategic facility management plans
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, and KPIs, while managing budgets and providing financial reporting
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, driving process repeatability and financial health
