We are seeking a strategic Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive player engagement and retention through data-driven CRM strategies.
About the RoleThis CRM specialist will play a key role in shaping player experiences through personalized communications, loyalty initiatives, and retention campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute CRM Strategies: Create and implement pre-launch and post-launch CRM plans to drive player engagement and reduce churn.
- Analyze Player Behavior: Analyze player behavior and campaign results to improve performance and make informed decisions.
- Leverage Data Insights: Use insights to personalize messaging and offers across lifecycle stages.
- 2-3 years of experience in a CRM, user retention, or marketing role within the Casino / Sportsbook / Sweepstakes space.
- Proven ability to plan and execute lifecycle campaigns that increase player engagement and retention.
