We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Sales Manager to join our team. This key role combines technical expertise in sales automation with strategic sales planning to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & GTM Execution
- Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies that drive pipeline growth, leveraging ideal customer profiles and target segments.
- Partner with leadership to design playbooks, cadences, and account-based strategies that optimize lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and engagement.
- Manage and optimize platforms like Apollo for automated workflows, lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and reactivation of past opportunities.
- Integrate GTM systems across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Analytics & Insights
- Create dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI, providing strategic insights and recommendations to improve pipeline efficiency.
- Run A/B testing on messaging, campaigns, and outbound sequences to identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Enablement
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey, training and enabling sales teams on using Apollo and other GTM tools effectively.
- Serve as the technical and strategic liaison between GTM functions, driving business results through data-driven decision making.
