The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through proactive communication, strategic planning, and relationship-building.
This remote position requires a deep understanding of the company's offerings and technology. The ideal candidate will leverage software tools to maintain regular contact with customers, identify opportunities for growth, and drive revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and methodology
- Leverage software tools to maintain consistent customer communication and identify opportunities for expansion
- Establish trust with assigned customers and serve as a trusted point of contact for questions and action items
- Implement strategic initiatives to drive product cross-selling and revenue growth
- Manage proprietary software tools, including CRM, quote tool, sales play automation tool, and KPI dashboards
- Contribute to a positive organizational culture and drive business success
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Quantifiable track record of success in enterprise account management
- 3-5+ years of experience in Cloud Communications, SD-WAN, Security, Network and Internet Service, Managed Services, and Software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong Excel, MS Office, and computer software skills
- Positive personality, calm under pressure, and persuasive negotiation skills
- Self-motivated drive with zero outgoing call reluctance
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain composure under pressure
- Charismatic personality that can quickly gain the trust of customers and partners
- Proven ability to learn new skills, software tools, and tasks quickly
- Proven ability to perform while exceeding sales and customer retention goals
