Global Sales Growth Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning global programs, providing tactical support to cross-regional projects, and enhancing critical processes to drive customer retention and expansion.

This role may involve project management on moderately complex projects with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, regional calibration, and process improvement through alignment, teamwork, and data analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion.
  • Plan and lead high-impact initiatives to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assess operational risks and leverage operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective actions globally.
  • Build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement by collecting feedback, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize sales delivery.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients leveraging strong interpersonal skills.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of client issues, leveraging resources across the organization as needed.
  • Lead expansion and efficiency projects, including change requests.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of knowledge assets to promote repeatability and rapid adoption of best practices.

About You:

  • Proficient experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders driven by data insights.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong vision-setting, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams.
  • 5-7 years of related experience (sales, presales, or sales training preferred).
  • Decision-making, consensus-building, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, be customer-facing, and stay organized.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact.
