
Executive Leader for Business Expansion

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to spearhead new client acquisition, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive significant revenue expansion. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead channels.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging industry trends and understand potential client needs.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Craft compelling pitch decks, presentations, and proposals that are specifically tailored to address client goals and demonstrate value.
- Lead discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to deeply understand their pain points and effectively offer customized solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions and alignment with company capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline value, and client acquisition costs.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to inform and improve offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within the advertising, media, or digital services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
