
Remote Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Professional to support our Senior Leadership in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be proactive, and thrive in a dynamic setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
- Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports using productivity tools
- Conduct research and provide concise summaries to assist the Senior Leadership in decision-making
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure timely retrieval of information
- Act as a liaison between the Senior Leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with personal administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership
- Background in supporting C-level executives is preferred
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) with the ability to draft professional emails and documents
- Proficiency in productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and software as required
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar) is preferred
- Experience working with a remote team and across time zones is also preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
