Deliver expert technical support to clients as a highly skilled Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email.
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
- Stay up-to-date on products, services, and support procedures.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Experience working from home is essential.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and follow-up skills.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills and be able to multitask effectively.
