
Remote Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to provide remote support to one client with multiple stakeholders based in the United States.
- Email Management: Manage and organize emails, including database mining and sending nurturing communications.
- Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management.
- Document Management: Prepare and organize documents such as reports, memos, and office files.
- Research: Conduct resume sourcing and mining, add new customer records to CRM systems, and suggest local networking or other groups.
- Social Media: Responsible for content creation, scheduling, posting, audience engagement, and tracking.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide client support by managing inquiries and feedback, resolving issues in a timely fashion, including tracking opportunities in CRM systems.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including basic accounting tasks, conducting territory checks, and preparing customer contracts and referrals.
- Special Projects/Project Management: Assist in report preparation and project coordination, supporting delivery.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
- Experience as a virtual assistant or remote assistant role.
- At least one year of experience in lead generation and appointment setting for international clients.
- Ability to qualify and prioritize leads effectively.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365, G-Suite, Canva, Zoom, Dropbox, Asana, Calendly, Doodle, Skype, Slack, Trello, Adobe Acrobat, LastPass, LinkedIn, CRM experience, AI and automation tools.
- Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills.
- Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation.
- Ability to work independently, self-directed, highly flexible, and adaptable.
