We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate resolution of customer issues, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and contributing to marketing efforts by assisting with social media management and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the claims department with resolving customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and text in a prompt and professional manner.
- Manage administrative tasks such as tolls and parking tickets with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by developing engaging content for social media platforms and participating in promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is preferred.
- Marketing background or experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office or Google Workspace, and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
