People Operations Coordinator Job Description

This role involves supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a customer-focused experience for all employees.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service.
Job Tasks:
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related correspondence.
Systems, Automation & Reporting:
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
