Job Description

The Senior Team Captain will oversee a team of professionals, managing day-to-day operations and escalating issues outside their authority. This role requires effective people management, performance quality management, logistics coordination, internal communication, and external relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify growth opportunities for team members and provide training to meet client needs.
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality, and escalate HR-related issues as needed.

Performance Quality Management:

  • Regular coaching and feedback through weekly and monthly reviews.
  • Ensure team members are trained to meet client expectations.
  • Meet company and client-specific KPI targets.

Logistics:

  • Ensure team members and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels.
  • Recommend alternatives to improve tools and processes.

Internal Coordination:

  • Work with the People Manager to develop career paths and comprehensive training plans.
  • Relay consistent issues to the Service Delivery Manager in a timely manner.
  • Assist in culture building by embracing core values and competencies.

External Communications:

  • Familiarize yourself with clients' key contacts, requirements, and operating processes.
  • Demonstrate mastery of company offerings and services.
  • Investigate and solve complex client requests or complaints.
