Workstream is a mission-driven company that has built an all-in-one HR, payroll and hiring platform to manage the hourly workforce. This market has been underserved by technology, with 2.7 billion hourly workers making up 80% of the global workforce.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be a core member of our customer success team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead New Client Onboarding for Mid/Large-Sized Clients
  • Define and Maintain Implementation Programs for Small to Medium Clients
  • Own the End-to-end Implementation Process for Assigned Accounts
  • Set Accurate Expectations with Clients and Internal Stakeholders
  • Communicate Progress with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
  • Assist with High-Severity Requests or Issue Escalations
  • Participate in Cross-functional Groups to Improve Communications, Tools and Products

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering user training, developing supporting manuals and processes, and incorporating feedback to drive continuous improvements in onboarding. You will also design programs to help customers realize value from our platform.

Requirements
  • At least 3 Years of Customer-Facing Implementation Experience
  • Payroll Experience: US Payroll, Either in an Implementation Role or In-house Payroll Management
  • Basic Spreadsheet/Database Skills with Ability to Learn Quickly
Nice to Have
  • Startup Experience (1–3 Years)
  • Experience with PH Payroll
