Job Title: Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in all aspects of recruiting operations. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing and pre-screening candidates, as well as providing recruiting operations support on the status of each applicant and onboard hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in all aspects of recruiting operations.
  • Sourcing and pre-screening candidates to ensure that only high-quality applicants are selected for further consideration.
  • Providing recruiting operations support on the status of each applicant and onboard hires to ensure seamless transition into the organization.
  • Executing work-related tasks assigned from time to time.
  • Submitting daily productivity reports to the HR Talent Acquisition Manager.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have strong oral English communication skills and be open to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in BPO or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must be willing to work at home and have access to a computer/laptop with an internet connection.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
