Job Title: Accounting and Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our clients with their financial operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, proficiency in various accounting software, and a proactive approach to managing financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions using accounting software.
  • Assist clients with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Generate financial reports and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documents.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Stay updated on best accounting practices and changes in financial regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant is required.
  • A solid understanding of basic accounting principles is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Xero, or similar is necessary.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
